Itinerary

Day 1: Hanoi Arrival (-/-/-)

Welcome to Hanoi. Our team will pick you up at the airport. We'll then move to your hotel in the Old Quarter to spend a night.

Day 2: Hanoi Full-day City Group Tour (B/L/-)

Our Hanoi City tour will start with a hearty breakfast before our tour guide will meet you at around 8:00 - 8:30 am.

After 15 minutes of transferring by bus, we'll arrive at Tran Quoc Pagoda, the oldest pagoda in the city. It was built in the 6th century on Golden Fish IsLand in West Lake. Here, you'll feel a tranquil atmosphere as if you're escaping away from the bustling capital.

At 09:30 am, we'll visit Ho Chi Minh Complex. The area includes the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, an inner garden, and the nearby One Pillar Pagoda

The mausoleum is not open on Mondays and Fridays, yet you can still walk outside and take pictures. On other days, you can have a chance to witness the embalmed body of the nation's greatest leader and visit the 2 houses where He used to live and work.

The One Pillar Pagoda is also an attractive attraction with a unique lotus concept design. Note that you should dress modestly when visiting these places.

Then, we'll move to the Vietnam Ethnology Museum. The Museum displays the culture and life of 54 ethnic groups, showcasing the diversity of Vietnam. You can even experience the real-size houses of some minorities.

If your tour takes place on Monday, you'll visit the Women's Museum instead of the Vietnam Ethnology Museum. It was built to show honor and respect to all females in Vietnam. Through the exhibition, travelers will understand how Vietnamese women played an important role in the country's revolution and development.

After that, it's time for a delectable lunch with 8 delicious dishes of Vietnamese cuisine.

Our afternoon activities will start at around 2 pm with the first destination, the Temple of Literature. It was built in the 11th century and is considered the first university in Vietnam. This former royal school is where many national talents were born and contributed to the education of the country.

At 3 pm, we'll leave for another historical site, the Hoa Lo Prison Museum. During the French era, the French colonists used it to imprison political prisoners. During the Vietnam War, it was the "Hanoi Hilton" for U.S. prisoners captivated by North Vietnam. Douglas Peter Peterson - the first U.S. Ambassador in Vietnam, and John McCain, a U.S. Senator, were prisoners of that time.

The tour guide will tell you the country's history and explain what each property inside is used for. You'll understand how crucial it was for Vietnamese patriots and how courageous they were.

Our full-day tour will finish at around 4:30 pm.

Day 3: Hanoi Ninh Binh (Hoa Lu & Tam Coc & Hang Mua) Group Tour (B/L/-)

Get ready at 7-7:30 am for a 120-km trip to Ninh Binh, where you'll visit Hoa Lu Ancient Citadel. The lush, verdant landscape on two sides will surprise you. We'll pull over for 20 minutes, so take your chance to capture this beauty.

We'll arrive at Hoa Lu Ancient Citadel at 10:30 am. The place is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site- Trang An, which contains the nation's historical and cultural values. You'll visit King Le Temple (Le Hoan) and King Dinh Temple (Dinh Tien Hoang), where you'll have a time-traveling journey to the 17th century.

At noon, lunch will be served at our restaurant. Make sure you refill enough energy for the afternoon.

Our next activity will start with a sampan boat trip rowed by locals to explore the stunning beauty along the Ngo Dong River. The magnificent limestone mountains, lush rice fields, and peaceful local villages are second to none.

We'll slowly glide through the famous Three Grotto (Tam Coc): "Hang Ca," "Hang Hai," and "Hang Ba," where you can find mysterious caves and attractive waterways.

At 4 pm, we'll come to Mua Cave. The cave has an upside-down bell shape, and there are steps for trekkers to take to the peak of Ngoa Long Mountain. Here, you can capture the gorgeous vista of all areas around.

After 1 and a half hours, we'll get back on our limousine bus and go back to Hanoi at around 8:30 pm.

Day 4: Hanoi Halong Day Cruise Group Tour (B/L/-)

Gather at Opera House, or our bus will pick you up at your hotel in the Old Quarter at 8:15 - 8:45 am. Our itinerary today will be Ha Noi – Haiphong- Tuan Chau Highway. We will arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor at noon and embark on an amazing water excursion to Halong Bay, the World Heritage Site

You'll have lunch on board while enjoying the stunning waterscape on two sides. Two of them are symbols of Halong Bay, named  Fighting Chicken and Incense Burner Islets.

At 2 pm, our cruise will stop at Bo Hon Island, Sung Sot Cave. The cave is about 12,000 square meters, considered the biggest one in the area. No traveler can keep an eye off its numerous sparkling stalagmites and stalactites.
