Itinerary

Day 1: Saigon Arrival Saigon Water Bus (-/-/-)

Once your flight lands at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, our driver and tour guide will warmly welcome you and transfer you to your hotel. Then, you’ll have some free time to go sightseeing on the Saigon Waterbus.

We will depart from Bach Dang ferry terminal, gliding along the serene river and taking in Saigon’s beauty from a unique perspective. As the sun mingles with the horizon to create a gorgeous orange-yellow canvas, don’t forget to take some Instagram-worthy pictures to capture that fleeting charm.

Day 2: Saigon City Tour & Cu Chi Tunnels Group Tour (B/L/-)

Ho Chi Minh City, often referred to as the “Pearl of the Far East,” is a vibrant metropolis with a rich history spanning over 300 years. The city is a treasure trove of ancient architecture, iconic landmarks, and historical sites that reflect its fascinating past. Its culture is a dynamic blend, merging traditional Vietnamese values with influences from both western and northern cultures. As Vietnam’s bustling hub for commerce, industry, science, technology, and culture, Ho Chi Minh City is also one of the country’s top tourist destinations.

We will experience the charm of this dynamic city by joining our full-day city tour. Your journey begins with visits to some of Ho Chi Minh City’s most famous landmarks. In the morning, explore the grandeur of the Independence Palace, the majestic Notre Dame Cathedral, and the historic Old Post Office. Then, learn about the city’s tumultuous history at the War Remnants Museum and discover the spiritual serenity of the Jade Emperor Pagoda.

Afterward, we’ll travel approximately 1.5 hours to the Cu Chi - Ben Duoc Tunnels, an immersive historical site that reveals the ingenuity of the Vietnamese during the Vietnam War. The site is beautifully preserved, offering insight into the complex network of tunnels used by the Viet Cong. 

You can crawl along one of these tunnels, gaining firsthand experience of the determination and resourcefulness that played a crucial role in the war. This visit promises to leave you with a deeper appreciation of Vietnam’s resilience.

Along the way, we can admire the delicate handiwork of lacquer paintings crafted by a local association of disabled artisans, highlighting the country’s rich artistic heritage. For those seeking an adrenaline rush, there’s an option to visit the National Defense Sports Shooting Range, where you can fire an AK-47, M-16, or carbine rifle, offering a thrilling taste of wartime history (at an additional cost). 

Then, we will drive you back to your hotel.

Day 3: Saigon Mekong Delta (My Tho) Group Tour (B/L/-)

At 7:30 a.m., your journey begins as an air-conditioned van picks you up for an exciting adventure south of Ho Chi Minh City. You’ll head toward Tien Giang, a serene province located about 1.5 hours away. We will first visit the stunning Vinh Trang Pagoda, the most revered and the largest Buddhist temple in Tien Giang. This breathtaking 19th-century pagoda, sprawling over 2,000 square meters, is a masterpiece of architecture and spirituality—a must-visit destination for those seeking peace and inspiration.

From Vinh Trang, the tour continues to the vibrant town of My Tho, where you’ll board a boat for a leisurely cruise along the Mekong River. As the boat drifts through the calm waters, you’ll visit the picturesque Unicorn and Phoenix Islands, famous for their traditional crafts and local specialties. At a coconut candy factory, we’ll see firsthand how this beloved treat is made, followed by a stop at a honey farm where you’ll witness the artisanal honey-making process.

As you explore these charming islands, take the time to mingle with friendly locals and sample an array of fresh tropical fruits. You’ll also have the chance to savor honey wine and honey tea, experience the region’s authentic flavors while enjoying the traditional Vietnamese music.

After that, we will take a comfortable ride back to your hotel, where you will prepare for a flight to Hanoi.

Day 4: Saigon Hanoi Hal-day City Tour Group Tour (B/L/-)

After your flight from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi, settle into your hotel before beginning your exploration of this historic city. One of your first stops will be the Tran Quoc Pagoda, Hanoi’s oldest Buddhist temple that dates back to the 6th century, peacefully nestled on the tranquil shores of West Lake. As you walk through the peaceful grounds, you’ll feel the sacredness and peace of this ancient site envelop you.

Next, you’ll visit the Temple of Literature, a revered symbol of Vietnam’s intellectual and cultural history. This extraordinary site was Vietnam’s first national university, established to honor Confucius and educate scholars. As you wander through its beautifully landscaped courtyards, you’ll see ancient altars dedicated to Confucius, along with the famous stone stelae engraved with the names of distinguished scholars. 

To delve further into Hanoi’s rich history, your tour will take you to the infamous Hoa Lo Prison, often referred to as the “Hanoi Hilton” during the Vietnam War. This former prison holds powerful stories of resilience, sacrifice, and hardship. The exhibits within its walls offer a sobering yet insightful look into the lives of both Vietnamese revolutionaries and American POWs who were confined here. Walking through the prison’s dimly lit cells and corridors, you will gain a deeper understanding of the struggles faced by Vietnamese people.

Day 5: Hanoi Halong Day Cruise Group Tour (B/L/-)

Begin your adventure with a convenient hotel pickup from the Hanoi Old Quarter or the Opera House as we set off for the magnificent Halong Bay. The scenic drive takes you along the HanoiHaiphongTuan Chau Highway, offering glimpses of the Vietnamese countryside during the 2.5-hour journey.

We will arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor at around 12:00, where you’ll board a comfortable boat to embark on an unforgettable excursion through the stunning landscapes of this UNESCO World Heritage site.

As the boat gently glides across the emerald waters, you’ll be treated to a delicious set menu lunch featuring a variety of Halong’s specialty dishes. While you dine, feast your eyes on the breathtaking views of the bay’s limestone karsts, including the famous Fighting Cock and Incense Burner Islets, two of Halong Bay’s most iconic formations.

Our first stop is Bo Hon Island, home to Sung Sot Cave, or “Surprise Cave”, one of the bay’s most spectacular natural wonders. Inside, you’ll marvel at the intricate formations of stalagmites and stalactites, each one more stunning than the last.

Next, we’ll offer you the chance to explore the enchanting Luon Cave by kayak or bamboo boat (optional). Paddle your way through the calm waters of the lagoon, surrounded by towering cliffs and lush greenery, for an up-close experience of Halong’s serene beauty. If you prefer to relax, you’re welcome to stay on the boat and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

Our journey continues to Titop Island, where you can bask on its sandy beach and take a refreshing swim in the clear waters. For those looking for a bit more adventure, a short trek to the top of the island rewards you with panoramic views of Halong Bay—a perfect spot for capturing unforgettable photos.

Back on board at 16:00, it’s time for a sunset party as we cruise leisurely back to the harbor. Enjoy a glass of wine, fresh fruit, and light snacks as the sun begins to set, casting a golden glow over the bay’s limestone peaks.

We will then return to Tuan Chau Harbor, where your bus will be waiting to take you back to Hanoi.

You’ll be dropped off at your hotel at around 20:30, wrapping up a wonderful day of discovery and adventure in Halong Bay.

Day 6: Hanoi Departure (B/-/-)

In the morning, you will have some time to explore the city at your own pace before checking out. Then, our driver will take you to the airport, where you will take a flight back to your home country.
