Itinerary

Day 01: Hanoi Arrival (-/-/-)

Our team will welcome you to Noi Bai International Airport and take you to your hotel in the center of Hanoi. After checking in, you can take a rest and explore the city yourself. The Old Quarter area is a place worth visiting to get familiar with the city's pace and local life.

Day 02: Hanoi Halong Bay Overnight on Cruise (B/L/D)

After having a hearty breakfast at the hotel, you'll start your Northern Vietnam Tour by heading to Tuan Chau Marina. Our team will pick you up at around 8 am and arrive at the destination at nearly 12 pm. 

Welcome aboard! Our tour guide will introduce you to the captain and the crew and tell interesting stories about their life onboard. All travelers are offered a welcome drink before checking in the cabin. You can start your stress-free water excursion now! Have a delectable lunch while the cruise glides to Ha Long Bay, the well-known UNESCO World Heritage.

The first destination to visit in Ha Long is Surprising Cave. This wide Grotto features numerous stalactites and stalagmites, creating an astonishing natural beauty.

After that, the cruise will take you to Titop Island. Feel free to swim in the crystal clear water, sunbathe on the sunny beach, or climb up to the top of the island to capture the panoramic view around. 

Coming back to the cruise, you can enjoy the Sunset Party on the sundeck while cruising through the tranquil sea area. 

After that, it's time for a delectable dinner with mouth-watering seafood. We offer board games on deck or squid fishing activities. 

You'll spend the night on board in your well-facilitated cabin. 

Day 03: Halong Overnight Cruise Hanoi (B/L/-)

Breakfast will be served around 6:30 am on board. The cruise will start heading to the Natural Preservation Zone. The place is perfect for water sports, such as kayaking. You can also explore the life of fishermen around by visiting their floating houses. 

Coming back to the cruise, you'll have some time to relax before checking out. As you'll have lunch on board, the cruise will pass Dog Islet and Ba Hang fishing village. Don't forget to take pictures of the beautiful waterscape for memory.

We'll disembark at the harbor at around 11:30 am and move back to Hanoi. You'll have almost half a day free to explore the capital at your own pace.

Day 04 : Hanoi Ninh Binh (Hoa Lu – Tam Coc) (B/L/-)

Breakfast will be served at your hotel before our tour guide will pick you up for a full-day journey to Ninh Binh province at around 8 am. 20-minute short break on the way. 

At 11 am, we'll arrive at Hoa Lu Ancient City, the ancient capital of Vietnam. It's also part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site-Trang An. The capital was built in the 10th century and still preserves its ancient sediment's beauty and unique designs.

Our highlighted historical sites include the temples of King Le and King Dinh. They were built with the original designs from the 11th century. Then, you'll also explore the area around and beside the Le Dai Hanh temple. A visit to the vestiges of the Royal Palaces will be like a journey bringing all travelers back to a time in the 10th century. 
 

After that, our bus will transfer you to Tam Coc. At 12:30 pm, you'll have a Vietnamese lunch buffet. Other options are also available for vegetarians.

Our afternoon activities will start at 1:30 pm by taking the 2-seat sampan boats to slowly explore the beautiful scenery around, including majestic mountains, lush rice fields, and unique villages. We'll also pass the famous Three Grotto (Tam Coc): "Hang Ca", "Hang Hai" and "Hang Ba". The Grotto is a unified architectural ensemble of mysterious caves and attractive waterways. 

At 3:30 pm, our boat will return to Tam Coc pier. You'll have a 30-minute cycling activity to discover the unique scenery along the country lane before getting back on the bus to Hanoi. A 20-minute short break is included. 

We'll arrive at your hotel in Hanoi at around 6:30 pm. Feel free to explore the area on your own and grab delicious local food for your dinner. 

Stay overnight in Hanoi

​Day 05: Hanoi Half-day City tour Departure (B/L/-)

After having breakfast at your hotel, you'll meet our tour guide for a city tour. 

At around 9:00 am, we'll arrive at our first destination, Tran Quoc Pagoda. This iconic symbol was built in 541 and is located in West Lake. It's one of the oldest pagodas in the city, where local people usually come for traditional rituals. The place also attracts many foreigners who are interested in Buddhism and the culture of Vietnam.

After that, we'll head to the Ho Chi Minh complex, where the embalmed body of  Ho Chi Minh is kept. You'll also visit the peaceful garden where the country's greatest leader lived and worked and the uniquely structured Mot Cot - the One Pillar Pagoda nearby. 

Note: 
Modest dressing style is required while visiting temples, pagodas, and Ho Chi Minh mausoleums.
Travelers can't visit the Ho Chi Minh mausoleum on Mondays and Fridays as it's closed. 
The Mausoleum will be under annual maintenance for at least 2 months (from the middle of June to the middle of August).


Our next destination is the Vietnam Ethnology Museum. You'll comprehend the diversity of 54 Vietnamese ethnic groups by witnessing crafts, artwork, or even the real-size unique houses of these people.

Since the museum is closed on Mondays, you may visit the Women's Museum instead. It exhibits and explains women's role in the country from old times till now within the main 3 exhibitions: Women in Family, Women in History, and Women's Fashion. 

A delicious Vietnamese cruise will be served for lunch at 1 pm. Refill your energy with our delectable 8-course meal!

The tour will continue with a visit to the Temple of Literature - the first university in Vietnam. It was built in the 11th century as a royal school for the elite. The temple still preserves its unique architectural design through hard wars, and it's a peaceful place for people to relax their mind. 

Our last destination is Hoa Lo Museum, a must-visit place for all historical lovers. The museum witnesses different historical periods of the country's development, including the French Era and the Vietnam War. Our tour guide will explain more about the nation's patriotism and revolutionary spirit through the visit. 

Our tour will conclude at 4:30 pm. We'll send you to the Noi Bai Airport departure flight.
